About the Role Come join a team dedicated to enterprise transformation. The Cloud Team is developing a repeatable methodology to drive transformation within our enterprise environments and accelerate ReInvention. The complexities associated with the enterprise require a higher touch experience that assure efforts across numerous business units and geographies are both scalable and consistent. The Technical Product Manager is at center of scaling delivery, ensuring teams follow a unified process, can coordinate large scale deployments and projects, and is measured in their approach to enable customers succeed in their ReInvention. What You’ll Do Develop product vision and continuously communicate strategic plan to customers Transform customer’s needs/pain points into innovative products by capturing detailed requirements Apply technical and organizational skills to capture requirements and work across cloud teams You will track deliverables against team/organizational goals, measure progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks You will work closely with platform and business product engineering teams to deliver products and features You will obsess over your products solutions, sustenance, and related services You will create best practices, for both product and processes along the way You will ease usage of products through regular customer training You will serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical community What You'll Need You'll need experience with Product Management You'll need experience working in agile software development You'll need experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) What You'll Learn You'll learn to work in a innersource community You'll learn to promote usage of cloud platform You'll learn to be an customer advocate What You have 3 years of experience in agile software development 2 years of experience working with AWS services 2 years of experience working with at least one modern language such as NodeJs or Java 2 years of customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences 1 years of hands-on product design/implementation experience 1 years of experience in program management AWS certified cloud practitioner PMP and CSPO certification preferred At WFS, our people "Fuel Their Careers".
