Pricing Support Specialist’s primary responsibility is to structure proposals and execute transactions for physical natural gas delivered to end use consumers. The Pricing Support Specialist must develop and maintain an expertise of the released capacity market and existing WFS capacity portfolio to support structuring competitive delivered and full requirements supply offers. Candidate must possess a strong knowledge of Basis and NYMEX Henry Hub markets, pipeline and utility balancing, and cashout methodologies to support developing and maintaining the pricing models for WFS delivered supply offers. Principal Accountabilities Develop and Maintain Delivered and Full Requirements Customer Base in Coordination with WFS Sales: Interact with the Third-Party Intermediaries (TPI) to support a pipeline of opportunities to respond to their clients delivered and full requirements supply needs. Interact with the WFS Agency/TPI affiliate, World Kinect, to access full requirements delivered supply opportunities. Interact with WFS Sales to access full requirements delivered supply opportunities. Develop and maintain a full requirements customer base that complement the WFS wholesale supply strategy. Prepare Offers for Physical Natural Gas Supply for Delivered and Full Requirements Markets: Prepare and present pricing offers for delivered natural gas supply. Develop, implement, and maintain a capacity strategy to support competitively pricing delivered and full requirements supply. Responsible for guiding proposals through the WFS contracting and credit approvals processes. Track balancing and cashout costs to support embedding the appropriate costs in the competitively priced full requirements offers. Interact with Scheduling, WFS Regional Natural Gas Traders and external Suppliers to coordinate daily and monthly balancing maintained within the terms of the contracts. Interact with Scheduling and the Regional Natural Gas Traders to coordinate daily arbitrage opportunities leveraging the balancing tolerances of the various pools of delivered and full requirements customers. Receive and execute pricing orders to convert delivered and/or full requirements transactions to fixed prices Collaborate with the Regional Natural Gas Trader(s) to execute futures and/or over the counter contracts to support the fixed pricing needs of delivered/full requirements markets. Manage Retail Pool True-up and Assist with Invoicing Process Coordinate monthly with Back Office and Scheduling to ensure clients are invoiced timely and accurately. Own monthly true-up/cashout process ensuring that full requirements clients are invoiced for the correct volumes per their contract. Manage transactions in CXL and internal proprietary platform(s) that integrate procurement, scheduling and invoicing. Resolve invoicing disputes by working directly with the Client and Back Office Collaborate with Market Risk, Accounting and Back Office to investigate discrepancies between CXL and internal proprietary platform(s) Requirements A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or similar discipline. Professional work experience of at least two years. Deregulated natural gas commodity industry preferred. Superior communications skills, both written and verbal, required. Strong problem-solving, mathematical, and organizations skills. Ability to manage multiple activities. Strong attention to detail. Understanding of financial terms related to natural gas transactions preferred (i.e.; Basis, Options, Margining Agreements, etc.) Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to multi-task, works independently, and reacts positively to a hectic pace.
