Director of Global Talent Acquisition Summary Headquartered in Miami, Florida, World Fuel Services is a diverse energy management, green energy and global fuel logistics Fortune 100 company. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition leader to join our energetic and dynamic environment and manage internal demand to enable business success. This is a great role for a leader who is looking for an opportunity to build a function that runs as for-profit search firm that happens to be in-house. This position will report into the VP of Global Talent and will work in close partnership with other key stakeholders in HR and the business implementing new strategic sourcing approaches to enhance employment brand and positioning WFS as the employer-of-choice. Responsibilities Work “upstream” with the different functions and HR Business Partners in the strategic planning of future headcount requirements and providing advice on sourcing strategies Design and implement a highly developed candidate sourcing capability that leverages internal knowledge and relationships from both our internal costumers and the market Lead further development of the Talent Acquisition team, growing our internal talent, recruiting the best external talent and upgrading our abilities to meet the business challenges Develop an employee value proposition that appeals to the talent we want to attract and ensures that our company becomes an “employer of choice” Manage the P&L of recruiting as if it were a stand-alone profit-making entity Develop appropriate market insights to consult with internal customers target groups characteristics and attraction drivers Evaluate end-to-end existing process for profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting and on-boarding, and deliver ongoing continuous improvement Monitor and manage specific performance metrics and SLA’s for internal delivery that ensure high quality of hires as well as customer satisfaction Put in place creative solutions to optimize the management of recruiting loads and maximize the yield from different channels and ensure the team is right-sized to support the volumes of recruiting and that resources are flexibly scalable (up or down) in accordance with evolving needs Liaise with various sources including industry associations and educational institutions to ensure access to top talent Establish a strategy to effectively utilize agencies, search firms and other vendors developing preferred provider arrangements and partnerships where appropriate Stay abreast of compliance, EEOC, immigration and legal issues associated with recruiting and counsel hiring managers on such Manage the entire recruiting cycle, from intake to offer extension for assigned requisitions Education Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar careers MBA is desired Job Qualifications Experience in the design, execution, operationalization and leadership of talent acquisition strategies Demonstrated ability to grow talent and leverage teams effectively for optimal success Experience leading global teams Full life-cycle recruiting experience Portfolio management experience Strong project management skills Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows and processes Ability to influence and drive change with senior leaders, aligning the people strategy with business goals and growth Comfort with ambiguity and able to independently drive resolution of issues and challenges Excellent written/verbal communication and facilitation skills for communicating at all levels (employees and leaders); including strong presentation skills. Experience in Energy, Supply Chain and/or Logistics preferred Experience working in an Agile environment and understanding of Agile principles and ways of working is preferred
