Technically, you will… Collaborate effectively and develop relationships with all team members, including other QA Engineers, Software Developers, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders. Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, including Scrum, Refinement, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Planning. Prioritize the team’s understanding of business requirements and user needs Ensure the quality of our products and use strong analytical, problem solving, and people skills to meet the needs of the business. Conduct your own research and exploratory testing to learn our products, features, and upcoming enhancement work. Work closely with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to understand user needs. Analyze and interpret design specifications, business requirements and apply information to the functional and non-functional testing process. Use your knowledge of Quality Assurance best practices to create, complete, and execute detailed and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Clearly organize your documentation of our applications, test scenarios, and test results. Use advanced SQL skills to effectively test our data. Use your API experience to effectively test our integrations. Identify feature-related bugs and performance improvements and then create corresponding documentation. Coordinate the development of automation scripts to ensure successful releases on complex projects. Prioritize and be a leader of success for our roadmap, our Scrum Team, and the organization as a whole. Identify, communicate, and mitigate risk within the sprint, the project, or the team. Advocate for areas that need improved test coverage and implement additional tests as needed. Develop strong product knowledge and communicate the impact of changes. The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
