About the Opportunity

Duties include: Safely performing a wide range of tasks that include stacking corrugated product, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You also may operate various manufacturing equipment, will follow specific directions, operate power hand tools, and perform other duties as assigned.

Role: Production Worker

Location: Cincinnati OH

Type: Full Time, Union Facility

Starting Pay: $17.94/hour (increase after 60 days - bump up to $21 an hour)

Shifts available: Must be flexible on shifts. First 30 days will be on 1st shift. Will need to be flexible for 2nd or 3rd shift after training.

What you need to succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery
• Ability to lift/push/pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, & kneel throughout the entire shift
• Flexibility to work daily overtime and weekend work

• Training will take 3-4 weeks and will take place during 9 am - 5 pm. Are you able to train on 1st Shift?

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
