As a result of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, professional, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our practice.
The salary range for this role is commensurate with experience and credentials. We offer flexible hours within the core workday and are looking for someone between 25 and 40 hours per week.
Duties:
- General administrative, office management
- Organization and project management
- Expeditious account opening and investment application processing
- Prioritize and handle client service requests; problem-solving
- Keep detailed notes of client meetings
- Assist with social media and website updates
- Other duties as assigned
Experience:
- 2 years administrative experience (required)
- 2 years financial services experience (required)
- Investment/FINRA registrations are a plus, but not required
Qualifications:
- Highly detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills
- Works well under pressure
- Ability to organize and maintain files and databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner
- Adept with technology and Microsoft Word Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, telephone presence and data entry skills
- Works proactively and independently to accomplish assigned tasks
- Must be comfortable working with all levels of the organization
