The Crossroads Group is currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations as assigned, while organizing and maintaining files and tasks in support of two advisors. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, proactive, able to work both individually and with a team, and possess flexibility and patience for ongoing industry procedure changes.
Applicants should have Microsoft Office proficiency, as well as computer aptitude to learn proprietary software programs quickly. Knowledge of Insurance and Financial Industry is a plus, as the candidate will help collect and process new business from application to completion, while adhering to strict compliance procedures.
