Accounting Specialist

Prestigious North Shore Club seeking talented accounting professional to assume a full‐time role which includes human resources, payroll and accounts receivable duties.

HR and Payroll Duties

• Onboard new and returning employees and maintain applicable personnel records
• Enroll eligible employees in available employee benefits including insurances and 401k plan
• File and follow through on workers’ compensation claims
• Set up employees in ADP and managers with access to time and attendance records online
• Process bi‐weekly payroll and maintain records for vacation pay

Accounts Receivable Duties

• Close all club events, banquets and golf outings
• Apply member payments to their account after depositing to bank via remote capture
• Change and add member fees to their accounts and prepare member reimbursements for terminating members
• Complete the month‐end billing and e‐mail/print member statements
• Receive calls for member billing issues and resolve any issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
