Westminster Management is Hiring a Senior Human Resources Business Partner Near Florham Park, NJ

JOB SUMMARY: This position reports directly to the CHRO and is responsible for all assigned initiatives related to employee engagement & culture, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS management and change leadership to promote an inclusive culture and a highly engaged workforce. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include but, are not limited to: Oversee and drive the delivery and execution of HR programs and services across the region based on a deep understanding of the business strategy, environment, and the people management implications. Act as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to work closely with the Senior Management team for the region. Routinely travel to regions to support the client group and for real estate acquisitions. Administer benefits including disability, workers compensation and FMLA leave for the region. Also assist in managing the annual benefits review and open enrollment. Partner with the Organizational Development team to assist in training team members and managers. Provide compensation and performance administration and management. Partner with Payroll to ensure accuracy for the client group. Support the business in workforce planning. Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure adequate staffing levels. Build relationships with client group and foster a culture of employee engagement. Respond to any employee relations issues. Provide strategic coaching to key employees as related to succession planning, career path development, and performance management. Contribute to the creation of programs that support business strategy and drive higher levels of employee performance and engagement. Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends. Identify new opportunities for HR to add value to the business. Pre-Requisites: Bachelor’s degree required. A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience is required. Experience with Ceridian Dayforce HRIS is a plus. Ability to travel 40% domestically to NJ, NY and within the Mid-South and surrounding regions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and all collaboration tools. Requires ability to maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information. Requires a solid grasp of business concepts, solid judgment, and critical thinking skills. Requires the ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy and use data to identify and solve problems. Requires ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks/projects within a defined time period. Requires excellent interpersonal skills and a team player. Requires ability to meet deadlines and work in a structured corporate environment. Requires high degree of ethics and integrity.
