Job Description

As a Painter, you will:

• Apply caulk as needed 
• Set primer prior to paint
• Mix paint to achieve the desired color 
• Leave the work area in a clean and safe condition 
• Need to have the ability to communicate and interpret guest needs by positively interacting toward resolutions

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Requirements

• One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts

• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
