POSITION TYPE:
- Flexible hours. Can be Part or Full Time
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Schedule high quality appointments for our Professional Design Consultants
- Daily team meetings
- Go Door to Door speaking with homeowners within Weber County
- Provide 5 star service
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Coachable
- Great communication skills
- Self-motivated and a desire to grow continuously
- Ability to problem solve in a dynamic work environment
- Desire to lead and motivate clients and peers
- Physically able to work on your feet
(No experience required, we will teach you how to succeed)
COMPENSATION:
Our pay is up to $25.50 an hour plus commission. Average reps are making around $35/hr while our top reps are making $75 /hr.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.50 - $35.00 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
