Western Dental and its affiliates own and operate over 570 dental offices in 20 states coast to coast. Western Dental is experiencing high growth and is aggressively entering new markets. Western Dental is looking for a high energy, skilled individual to serve as a Leasing Manager, who will focus on a variety of leasing functions, including negotiating new lease transactions, lease renewals, lease assignments connected with M&A activity, existing lease portfolio analysis, lease project management and high level lease administration functions. The candidate should be familiar with commercial leases and especially retail lease structure and terms. This position will handle a variety of leasing projects in a real estate portfolio that has grown dramatically over the last decade.
Collaborate with vendors, brokers and other retail real estate industry professionals to meet Company’s expansion goals.
