We are currently looking for someone to fill our open Personal Lines Account Manager position. The candidate we are looking for should be well-versed in Personal Insurance, meaning they should have in-depth experience working with Personal Lines Property and Casualty Insurance. They should also have their Property and Casualty Insurance license. Essential characteristics for this position include, high motivation, positive attitude, great communication skills, ability to pay close attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Managing a book of business
- Maintaining direct contact with clients, to ensure they receive the best service
- Maintaining communication with underwriters
- Marketing of agency client to insurance companies
- Handling all policy changes, proposals, quote reviews, rating duties, etc,
Requirements
- Currently possess Property and Casualty Insurance License
- 2 years experience in insurance customer service
- Post-secondary degree is a bonus
- Strong organizational skills (time management, ability to pay close attention to detail, etc.)
- Outgoing, upbeat attitude and great communication skills
- Professional office and phone etiquette
