Candidates should also be willing to travel among our facilities for WCC sponsored travel at least 40% of the time.

This person will primarily work primarily with the local plants and will have the opportunity to visit locations in Houston/ Sugar Land, Texas, Fife, Washington, Tolleson, Arizona, and Hattiesburg, Mississippi with the opportunity to work from home on occasion. 40% company travel required.
What does day-to-day life at WCC look like?
Our plants are highly automated and fast-paced manufacturing facilities that function with our mission "to provide lowest cost, highest quality products to our bottlers," in mind. Engaging in plant-level teams to understand the total scope of the business, you will be learning our business and growing your career. You will have a variety of assignments and responsibilities in many disciplines such as operations, engineering, logistics, finance, and quality. Each assignment will be tailored to your experience and designed to develop your knowledge, skills, and abilities to quickly advance within WCC. Some promotional opportunities will require relocation.
Requirements
Who are you?
First and foremost, you are very interested in a manufacturing career with the ultimate goal to not only grow your career but to learn new things as well. You might not possess knowledge or experience with Injection Molding and/or Blow Molding, but you are eager to learn. . You have superior organizational skills with an aptitude for problem-solving and independent judgment. You are an excellent communicator, verbally and in writing. You are a team player and are committed to being part of a successful team.
You should be motivated to accomplish tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You have general knowledge of Engineering software and a mechanical aptitude. You are also continuous improvement minded and flexible to improving processes for efficiency.
Ideally, you have a Bachelor's degree with a primary focus in Engineering. Technical degrees related to manufacturing with 5 or more years of experience in industry may be considered.
