Responsibilities of the job include (but not limited to):

• Answer and screen telephone calls, take messages, and provide appropriate information to phone callers as wells as handle outgoing phone calls as appropriate.
• Greet and check-in clients
• Verify and update necessary information in the medical records/database, perform all registration steps.
• Maintain computerized scheduling and follow office scheduling protocols.
• Handling client monetary transactions
• Minimal patient handling
• Client education
• Charges entry into software

Candidate must be a team player that exhibits an outgoing, client oriented, customer service outlook.

Candidate must be neat, polite, professional, and compassionate.

This position is a face paced, high volume, and demanding.

*No work experience or education is required.

*Background in veterinary medical field and knowledge of Cornerstone veterinary management software beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
