West Force Division is Hiring a Production Associate Near Louisville, CO
We are seeking food production workers to come join the team in Louisville CO. Lifting Requirements:
"Mixers":
- Lifts approximately 20 mixes per hour (60 pounds each mix)
"Flakers"
- Places a 40-50 pound block of date paste onto the flaker platform and push through blades
- Operator flakes 10 blocks 40-50 pound blocks of date paste per hour
- “Cambros” (containers) of materials weigh between 19-23 lbs.
Essential Functions (Will Train the Right Candidate)
- Advanced product-handling abilities, including but not limited to a high level of dexterity, speed, and lifting
- Advanced awareness of advanced food safety/quality issues
- Ability to understand more complex, technical aspects of the process, including recipes, ingredients
- Handles and combines raw materials within customer specifications
- Assembles and adjusts processing and packaging equipment as necessary
- Familiar with the technical aspects of machinery used in production areas
- Assists lead/operator in resolving technical machine issues
- Reviews shop orders
- Prepares product returns
- Performs job tasks in a safe manner; maintains a clean and safe work area
