RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support users/customers with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, assistance, and training
• Install, move, and update equipment and software
• Manage, grant, and remove access to files and networks
• Use, understand and maintain directories, personnel lists, guides and references
• Compile data reports for analysis and review
• Start up and shut down servers
• Assist users with log-in procedures to networks and applications
• Create and maintain database files
• Set up and relocate IT and telecommunications equipment

BACKGROUND

• Progressive and relevant experience

EDUCATION

• Preference for bachelor’s degree — or equivalent experience

• U.S. citizenship required since this role supports the U.S. federal government
