Overview
Wesley Enhanced Living Doylestown is hiring a Nurse Manager! This position is a full-time opportunity that allows you to make a significant impact on the well-being of our residents. Nurse Manager Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the DON in the development of nursing service objectives, performance standards of nursing practice for each category of nursing personnel, and nursing policies and procedures
- Support the organization and implementation of approved policies and procedures
- Assist with evaluation and supervision of resident care
- Assesses resident care needs and assists in the development of individualized plans of care
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8am-4:30pm.
Qualifications
Education or Degree Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licenses, Certifications Registrations:
- Registered Nursing license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- BLS/CPR Certification
Related Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the supervision of professional nurses.
- Experience in managing multiple shifts.
