The Role:

Wellvana is looking for a seasoned Creative Director to refine and own the brand frameworks, visual identity and voice across all mediums and platforms. As Creative Director, you will be a time manager, team morale booster, a great communicator and listener. The Creative Director will think creatively in all aspects of the job from insights, data, brainstorming and internal leadership 

What You’ll Do:

  • Direct the creative function so that the environment, culture, team, capabilities, tools, processes, expectations, work style and other elements support the creative and strategic goals and brand.
  • Protect the Wellvana brand by educating larger business about it’s importance and follow all brand guidelines to ensure consistent look and feel across all marketing channels and platforms.
  • Move seamlessly from insight to strategy, from conception to production across a range of mediums.
  • Build, staff, and nurture the creative team (and their work)!
  •  Comfortable working on multiple projects in different stages of production. 
  •  Ability to work on tight deadlines without compromising quality and standards. 
  • Experience collaborating with, as well as directing, external agencies to produce advertising, content and digital designs. 
  • Experience managing budgets and finding beautiful solutions regardless of constraints. 
  • Translate business ideas, goals and market research from other departments into actionable creative execution that moves the needle.
  • Stays current on trend and best practices so creative solutions are fresh and modern.

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • Experience presenting to all levels for creative presentations and be proficient in presentation software (PowerPoint and Keynote).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Ability to have a hand in the dirt and your head reaching towards the clouds. 
  • Competency in ideating in the digital and social space.
  • Experience working within quick timelines and deadlines.
  • Eye for design, typography and photography with an emphasis on details.
  • Attack both the big projects and smaller ones with equal enthusiasm.
  • Be a positive force – keeping teams motivated to make a difference.
  • High-level creative/strategic thinking skills with experience in brainstorming and implementing marketing, social media and event programs.
  • Instill inspiration among group.
  • Experience across multiple marketing channels.
  • Expertise in data and insights-based decisions.
  • Articulation of a creative philosophy and the ability to share that philosophy throughout the organization.\
  • Outstanding concept ideation and award–winning creative.
  • Managerial ability and team leadership.
