Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Sourcing team who focuses on supporting our critical need areas as well as expansions and special projects. In this role, you’ll shape the growth and impact of our sourcing strategy and motivate the team to engage with talent in new and creative ways. You’ll collaborate with the Director of sourcing, Talent Acquisition Managers, Talent Acquisition Sourcers & Recruiters, hiring managers, workforce management, and operations to build a best-in-class team that source top talent to WellStar.

• Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Sourcers and develop a program that continues to strengthen and grow the team’s sourcing skills
• Develops and deploy recruiting and sourcing strategies that cultivate a strong talent pipeline including referral generation, sourcing campaigns, talent branding and other creative channels
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team partners
• Evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques, and identify new tools to optimize the team’s productivity
• Utilize data, metrics and benchmarks measures to continuously improve our sourcing strategy and approach and analyze the team’s impact
• Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Talent Acquisition and Hiring teams

The Manager of Strategic sourcing manages the overall sourcing related activities specific to multi disciplinary service lines for which they are responsible. Assures legally compliant with policies and laws related to employment. Maintains adequate reports regarding the daily operations of sourcing effectiveness / efforts. 

Responsible for specific talent pools and creating solutions to create and maintain pipelines of talent to serve multiple locations. Ensure the successful implementation of the Talent Acquisition strategies and oversee the day-to-day operations of sourcing team. Responsible for compliance to state and federal employment laws and compliance with company policies and service level agreements. Understands and implements best practices and benchmarks from like functions across the nation and industry. Manages stakeholder relationships and partners with HR, department leaders, TA and executives to cultivate relationships and achieve business results. Coaches team members to achieve department goals, leverages data and metrics, leads projects and manages direct reports in an inspiring way that encourages professional growth, engagement, and high performance.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Related field

• Master’s Degree preferred

Required Minimum Licensure/Certification

• N/A

Preferred Licensure/Certification

• Certification related to Talent Acquisition (e.g. RACR, AIRS, CIR, PRC, etc… )

Required Minimum Experience

• Five (5) years’ experience in a talent acquisition, human resources and/or staffing function
• Three (3) years’ directly leading others to drive results in a high accountability environment
• Experience implementing recruitment priorities, solutions and projects aligned with organization strategies within medium to large companies
• Experience consulting with executives on complex initiatives, market trends, business challenges, processes, partnerships and service levels.
• Experience creating presentations, business cases and data analysis and presenting to executive leadership.

Required Preferred Experience

• Experience in Healthcare Talent Acquisition
