About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant in Marketing Analytics as part of Consumer Data Enablement Platforms.

In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence analytical strategies for highly complex business and technical needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data science, to design and conduct research studies that inform marketing decisions and drive business results.
- Work with marketing stakeholders and assist setting the vision and the strategy, identify areas for potential investment to grow business
- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns and trends and use this information to develop insights and recommendations for improving marketing performance.
- Partner with data engineering teams to develop and maintain a customer insights database, ensuring that relevant insights are easily accessible to all stakeholders
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in marketing, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation
- Expert skills in SQL, Python/R, and Tableau/Power BI/Looker
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, or a similar quantitative field
- 7 years of experience in marketing analytics
- Advanced quantitative degree
- Google/Adobe Analytics Knowledge/Experience is a plus
- Demonstrated history building data pipelines and using Tableau to create dashboards
- Proficiency in SQL, Python / R, SAS and other programming languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range:
Charlotte, North Carolina - Pay Range: $96,600 - $171,800 Annually
New York, New York - Pay Range: $115,900 - $206,100 Annually
San Francisco, California - Pay Range: $115,900 - $206,100 Annually
Concord, California - Pay Range $115,900 - $206,100 Annually
Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long - term incentive awards.
