In this role, you will:- Collaborate with lines of business, control, and other partners to ensure effective procedures, forms, and reference materials are drafted and published to adequately capture processes, controls, policy alignment, and regulatory requirements.
- Be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and management of documents housed on a centralized content management system
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of new procedure content or procedure changes; identify gaps and offer alternatives.
- Facilitate the periodic review process with content owners
- Provide business support for questions and research that may be needed
- Coordinate production of periodic reports for management
- Update internal team procedures as needed
- Remain current with Wells Fargo brand standards and communication standards
Required Qualifications, US:- 2 years of procedure writing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Procedure writing experience
- Knowledge and understanding of professional technical writing processes and tools
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Experience with writing guides and style guides
- Experience with Open Text, Jira, and Documentum
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
- Works well both independently and within a team
- Tenacity to drive for results
- Financial services industry experience preferred
- BA in English or Communications preferred
