About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Property Manager to manage a 2.2m sq ft of Class A office space portfolio in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Monterey, Seattle, and Idaho.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with corporate business group and leaders to define real estate needs maximize utilization of existing properties and construction of new sites
- Lead complex initiatives including those with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large scale planning for Corporate Properties
- Oversee large scale and highly complex property management projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and establish operating policies and procedures
- Serve as primary point of customer contact for real estate issues
- Advocate for service issues on behalf of customer
- Develop and monitor capital real estate budget for the assigned business units
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications, US:
- 5 years of Property Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Corporate HQ management experience
- Knowledge and understanding of real estate management
- Strong knowledge and understanding of real estate asset management
- Comprehensive understanding of corporate leases
- Strong comprehension of building systems and infrastructure.
- BOMA RPA, CoreNet MCR, IREM CPM, LEED Green Associate or IFMA CFM certification
- Prior experience in large matrix Fortune 500 Company Real Estate Department
- Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
- Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution
- Customer service focus with the ability to balance needs of clients, shareholders, and team members
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.
- Business continuity planning experience

- San Francisco Min: $100,800 Max: $179,200
- May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
