The Technical Implementation Manager for the Wellframe Customer Success Organization (CSO) will be focused on the technical client delivery process and working with Implementation Program Managers to deliver Wellframe solutions on schedule and with quality. Reporting into the Director, PMO within the Customer Success Organization, the Technical Implementation Manager will become a subject matter expert on all technical components of the Wellframe platform in order to ensure successful customer implementations. The Technical Implementation Manager will serve as the technical lead for the Wellframe CSO implementation projects, while also working to help build and scale our delivery processes.
Wellframe's remote-friendly culture means that we operate a hybrid office for employees in the Boston area, and also hire fully remotely across the country.
