Location - Hampton, VA

Property Manager experience is required. Strong customer service, admin and leadership experience needed. This role does involve working with a team of employees, being able to lead, coach and oversee others as well as operations for the community.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has following:

- Takes pride in their work and ownership of their property
- Helpful attitude/ friendly and dedicated to excellent customer service

Qualifications:
- Strong administrative experience
- 1-3 years in a management role with experience leading a team
- Articulate communication skills
- High sense of urgency
- Confidence to learn/seeks out knowledge/strives for personal growth
- Good organizational skills and follow through
This position's responsibilities include front line resident services, team interaction, fast-paced learning, and communicating in persuasive and difficult situations. Attention to detail is necessary.
