Weifield Group Contracting is Hiring a Bookkeeper Near Centennial, CO

What You Will Do

  • Provide financial, analytical, and administrative support for an assigned region
  • Process, verify, and reconcile accounting transactions
  • Post accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting transactions
  • Review transactions, validate data, and communicate improvement opportunities
  • Interact with project staff relative to AR billings and AP invoices
  • Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships

What You Will Bring

In addition to being self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for being the best, you will

  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Be a highly effective communicator
  • Be technically savvy and demonstrate intermediate or advanced MS Excel skills 

And preferably, you will

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, an accounting certification, or commensurate experience
  • Have experience with high volume accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry
  • Possess knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn our construction payment application process and sales/use tax requirements
  • Have basic understanding of accounting, General Ledger accounts, and Job Costing

Pay Range: $40K-$60K annual salary, depending on experience
