JOB SUMMARY:

Perform activities involved in improving operational business processes through coordinating computer systems and procedures to ensure that processing efficiency and user satisfaction are maintained. Tasks associated with this position include all portions of the systems development life cycle, but most time will be spent performing maintenance programming, new-report generation, and other programming activities. Assist in planning, designing, and implementing SAP Enterprise Resource Planning processes. Such activities involve interaction with development and end-user personnel to determine application data access requirements, transaction rates, volume analysis, and other pertinent data required to develop and maintain integrated systems. 

Responsibilities include:

• Automating operational business processes, both in office and in plant, resulting in faster flow-through and cost reduction.
• Providing SAP user technical support.
• Maintaining and improving SAP report configuration and usage.
• Developing and maintaining clear and accurate documentation of “business flow” processes and configurations
• Performing training where necessary to ensure implementation ensures sustainability

Requirements

 Basic Requirements: 

• Minimum four (4) years of practical operational experience.
• Must be a self-starter, logical thinker, well organized and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. 
• Must be competent to work independently in most phases of systems management.
• Ability to troubleshoot business process problems, computer systems related problems and perform complex system tests.
• Skilled in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Current work authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree from accredited two-year institution.
• Experience in SAP end user usage is a plus.
• Resides within reasonable commuting distance of Washington, Missouri
