Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees the general accounting functions, which includes inter-company accounting, cash management/reconciliation, financial reporting, P&L report, sales report, balance sheet management, etc.
• Supervises the completion of Federal and State tax reporting requirements, insurance reports and other reports required by government regulation.

• Supports all accounting and tax efforts to meet federal, state, local, or international tax requirements.

• Coordinate work relating to both internal and external audits in the periodic review of the company financial records.
• Oversee accounting clerical function – assign duties, controls, measures of performance.
• Oversee budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in public/private accounting preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA required.
• Experience in corporate financing, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English are required.
