The role of the Billing Specialist:

The Billing Specialist will interface with clients to ensure we handle all of their billing needs, work both collaboratively and independently depending on the tasks, process all payments for clients, reach out to clients to collect payments, and take on additional responsibilities such as documentation for the Billing department and ad hoc projects.

In this role, you will:

• Provide excellent client support by communicating with clients to ensure payment is collected and answer any questions they might have.
• Determine tools/products needed to simplify the billing process for internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate and work with the Billing Manager on any challenges and collaborate with them and the team to find solutions.
• Manage and collect payments for past due accounts to ensure WeeCare receives payment for services rendered.
• Responsible for tracking all payments and ensuring accurate reporting of facts and figures.
