What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRN-RN position at WeCare TLC?
WeCare tlc, has the opportunity for a skilled PRN Registered Nurse to join our team. The highly qualified individuals we seek will work with the Health Center provider and ancillary staff to provide disease management, as directed by a physician or mid-level provider in addition to other clinical duties that advance WeCare tlc’s mission and contribute to our organizational development.
We seek individuals with a passion for health and wellness. The ideal candidates will be bright, focused, self-motivated, friendly, organized, flexible, adaptable, and able to build rapport quickly. Current knowledge of clinical practices required. Knowledge of healthcare and medical industry. Must have good judgment, excellent follow-up skills, a sense of urgency.
Must have a Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Currently licensed Registered Nurse in applicable state. Experience as a Registered Nurse in a physician practice, occupational health clinic, hospital department, or other ambulatory care clinic highly preferred. Experience and knowledge of chronic diseases and treatment. Knowledge of Internet, Spreadsheet, and Word Processing software required. Experience on EMR systems. DOT certification.
