We are looking for a product leader to lead all of our Enterprise and Collaboration teams. This leader will be responsible for the vision to help meet the needs of our enterprise customers and build new collaborative workflows that will enable teams of all sizes to scale with our platform.

As Director of Product, you’ll…

• Own and drive the vision and strategy for our Enterprise and Collaboration teams
• Your teams will build new collaboration workflows that allow team members across an organization to work together on the Webflow platform
• Your teams are also responsible for all of the enterprise capabilities that will help unblock sales teams in pursuit of the largest prospects while also bridging with our self-service strategy to work hand-in-hand
• Your teams will own features end-to-end and drive cross-functional execution across engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams (sales, marketing, etc.)

About you 

You’ll thrive as the Director of Product if you:

• Have a strong business acumen and are adept at configuring how all the different aspects of our product can best serve our end business customers 
• Have 10 years experience setting vision and leading Product efforts at scale 
• Have 7 years as an empathetic people manager
• Have a strong track record of hiring and growing exceptional talent 
• Have owned the product strategy for high-growth companies & teams 
• Are an influential communicator of strategy and vision 
• Are a strong cross-functional collaborator and partner
