Weber Human Services is Hiring an Employment Specialist Near Ogden, UT

Job Description:

Conduct program to fidelity as per the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model.

Participate in weekly supervision with supervisor.

Engaging in business development and community outreach on weekly basis.

Attend meetings to report on progress of client caseload.

Facilitate intake process with each client.

Coordinate with client treatment team to assure smooth process.

Participate as part of a team of specialists to assist clients in finding lasting employment.
Required Experience:

Bachelor degree in Social Work or related field is preferred.

Computer skills including Excel and Microsoft office.

Proactive self-starter with ability to work independently, set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful.

Critical thinking, detail oriented, and strong organizational skills required.

IPS and ACRA certified (training available).

Valid Utah driver license in good standing.

Must be able to drive clients to places in WHS vehicles.

Available to work some evenings and early mornings depending on Job Coaching needs
