The Product Team at Weave operates in a development model with 4 stages of product development; Think It, Build It, Ship It, and Tweak It. Product designers are expected to be active participants in all of them. We work within a design system that is constantly evolving, with the only objective being to efficiently deliver the best product through tried and tested principles, patterns, and processes. Members of the Weave design team play an important role in defining the product's visual language and contributing to the company's growth as a whole.

As a Director of Product Design at Weave, you will collaborate with product managers, product designers, and engineers to design experiences, interactions, and prototypes. You will make decisions that have a direct impact on Weave and our customers. What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

• 5 years of related experience with Product Design
• 5 years of people management experience 
• 2 years of director-level experience
• Bachelor’s degree or 9 years of relevant experience
