We are currently seeking a qualified, experienced We Care (Tenant) representative and Assistant to our Property Manager for our rental community. 

Job Requirements:

• Preferred knowledge of Property Management.
• Preferred knowledge of property maintenance and repair procedures.
• Enter work orders with efficient follow up.
• Handle tenant complaints and property issues.
• Handle emergency situations as they arise.
• Experience handling at least a 300 unit property.
• Familiarity with Section 8 HUD housing program is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Must be bilingual in Spanish , able to handle a multi-line/ switchboard phone system, thrives in a fast-paced environment, have excellent customer service skills and attention to details. This position requires support for our office personnel including, but not limited to, the Property Manager, Residents, Leasing Agents, and Maintenance staff. Salary depends on experience.
