We Buy Houses In Connecticut is excited to announce that we are looking to hire a motivated Acquisition Manager in the residential Real Estate market to join our team! We have big plans and goals to grow our company throughout Connecticut through buying and holding, Flipping and Wholesaling, amongst other creative deals we are interested in venturing towards. Eventually, we will expand nationwide.

We are looking for an ambitious candidate willing to learn and grow rapidly with us—someone highly driven to succeed.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate should have a strong sales and real estate transaction background, excellent negotiation skills, and an understanding of the Connecticut market. You will be responsible for following up on leads and negotiating the purchase of properties that are not publicly listed for sale. With the help of our lead-gen marketing, you’ll identify off-market opportunities and develop relationships with investors and sellers to acquire desirable properties within our target purchase range.

You will assess and evaluate properties and successfully negotiate purchase offers on behalf of WBH . You’ll also coordinate the closing between the seller and our Transaction Coordination team. Candidates should have at least 1-year of experience in sales (ideally in real estate acquisitions) and be knowledgeable of local market conditions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required. If you are motivated and experienced, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.

Requirements:

  • Analytical skills – the ability to analyze deals and understand methods of evaluation
  • Communications - create and maintain new relationships with investors and sellers; understand marketing, excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills - negotiate contracts, purchase price, excellent verbal negotiation skills
  • Develop purchase offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Coordinate all aspects of the transaction, from negotiation to closing, with our Transaction Coordination team.
  • Monitor local market conditions and trends to identify potential opportunities;
  • Competitive and driven
  • Ability to learn fast - the ability to adapt and respond to changes
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in the CT real estate market is a must

  • A natural dealmaker and negotiator.

Part-time to start and transition into Full Time Position: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

This is a part travel and part remote position:

  • Must have an acceptable well, maintained vehicle
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to travel throughout CT

Compensation: 20%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,440.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

  • 8 hour shift

  • Connecticut: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
