DIRECTOR
RALLY is seeking a Director to join our firm. The Director is responsible for leading RALLY client project teams in the strategic development and implementation of clients’ communications campaigns. Each project consists of a unique RALLY team with (generally) two to four RALLYers, an account lead, and a Principal. Each RALLYer works on several project teams at a time with a unique client mix.
Our Directors are responsible for overall client and team management. That means they are client-facing and they lead the development of account strategy, messaging frameworks, campaign plans, press plans, etc. Additionally, an individual in this position is expected to manage account teams, contribute to new business development, as well as provide support to Principals and junior RALLYers. Directors are also exposed to a wide variety of tasks and issue areas beyond their primary responsibilities.
No two days at RALLY are the same, your day might start with leading a client check-in in the midst of a complex campaign launch then mentoring a junior colleague on how to approach their upcoming annual review, followed by finalizing a new business proposal. On a different day, you may give a staff presentation on persuasion strategies before shifting gears to prepare for a discussion with a new client on their messaging goals.
