Hourly pay rate: $18/hr - $19.25/hr DOE with opportunity for an increase after each year of employment!

This position is part of our Customer Service Team and sits in our Service Center Department, providing exceptional customer service for our external and internal customers that come through our Will Call area.

• All Will-Call functions, including assisting internal and external customers upon arrival• Answer phone calls and e-mails from external and internal customers• Send customer quotes from SMS daily• Check-in new repairs into SMS• Follow up with vendors for ETA on parts• Coordinate and process warranties (beginning to end) for Mesa and Tucson• Assist with parts look up for internal and external customers• Stage will call orders for customers• Load merchandise into customer vehicle• Crate/Uncrate machines for shipment when requested• Cultivate and maintain an open line of communication with individuals in other locations• Maintain a healthy and positive line of communication with our vendors
• Other duties as assigned
