Summary: The Business Systems Analyst will align technology with business strategies to help maximize productivity and communication. They will collaborate closely with individuals at all levels throughout the organization on training, user enablement, support requests, security administration, and requirements gathering related to Wausau Supply’s CRM, call center software, HCM, workflow, and automation platforms. As a member of the IT team, the Business Systems Analyst will work closely with other application analysts, vendor partners, and developers to design and implement technology solutions to meet business requirements.
