Job Summary:

The Full Stack Web Developer works closely with engineering, sales, product development, and product marketing teams to develop and support technical/engineering applications to support WaterFurnace products. A typical application would provide the selection, configuration and documentation of a product’s technical specifications and performance for the technical user through a robust web or smart device interface.

Duties/Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

• Design, develop, debug, verify, and document web-based applications to support new product development as well as existing products.
• Support backend and front-end software post-release with updates and enhancements as necessary and appropriate.
• Work with multiple departments and disciplines to scope, develop and implement application software.
• Comply with all WaterFurnace International and OSHA policies, procedures, specifications, and standards.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the development of web-based application software. Strong background with HTML/CSS and React, Angular, or similar JavaScript Frameworks, and responsive web design. 
• Proficiency with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, WebForms/MVC, and general scripting languages (PHP, Python, Ruby, or similar).
• Experience with API development and multiple database formats.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and applications is desired.
• Mobile App development is a plus.

Education and Experience:

Minimum 4-year degree with focus on web development. Preferred BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related degree.
