Position Overview:
Our company is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist who will bring expertise to a range of responsibilities administering the activities relating to employee payroll, health and retirement benefits and HRIS/HCM processing, including regular review, monitoring and documenting of internal processes and controls. This individual will take part in all compensation-related processes, such as processing staff payroll, collecting and verifying timesheet accuracy, addressing absence time management system issues, preparing salary-related documentation and maintaining a database of transaction records. The individual in this role will also be expected to advise employees on benefit-related issues and ensure proper use of the existing benefits, administration of benefits and changes, and assist with open enrollment. The Payroll and Benefits Specialist will be a subject matter expert with all payroll, benefits and HRIS administration.
