As a multi-faceted luxury watch retailer and e-platform; WatchBox/Govberg Jewelers is looking for a motivated, and adaptable Logistics Manger to join our growing company to support the buying, selling, and trading of luxury watches worldwide.

The Global Logistics Manager is vital part of our ability to grow and expand our evolving business. This position puts you in direct communication with our in-house repair department, outsourced repair departments, and our internal teams here in the U.S. and across the globe. You will be trained on the process every watch takes once it crosses our desks. This position is perfect for those who are eager to gain hands-on experience at a world-renowned company.

Previous watch experience is preferred, but not required. Applicants must possess a desire to learn about watches and global watch logistics.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Direct, optimize and coordinate with all our shipping vendors FedEx, UPS, Armored carriers (Malca).

· Oversee and direct the shipping of high-end luxury assets across the globe.

· Work with Operations and Sales to ensure accuracy of shipping requirements and data.

· Organize, and supervise all shipments foreign and domestic.

· Work with international customs and regulations in moving high value assets.

· Strategically work to make processes more efficient and cost effective.

· Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.

· Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

· Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.

· Create, shipping worksheets and shipping labels.

· Check on the status and estimated completion dates of watches in repair.

· Update staff with desired requests.

Skills, Knowledge, & Personal Attribute Requirements:

· Proven working experience in Logistics.

· Record of successful distribution and logistics management.

· Have an in-depth knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations.

· Proficient in standard logistics software.

· Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

· Preferred degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.

· Watch, watch parts, and watch repair knowledge preferred, but not required.

· Proficiency with typing and computer literacy.

· Ability to self-prioritize workload.

· Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to both focus and multi-task when needed – the demands of this job change daily based on volume.

· Ability to communicate efficiently and clearly with clients and coworkers.

Other Requirements:

· Availability for after-hours communication

· Team-oriented work ethic

· Willing to work overtime (based on volume)

· Vaccination is required for all in-office staff
