WasteXperts, an on-site Waste and Recycling Facilitator is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join their team in Kirkland, WA!

Operations Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Assign and supervise work crews
- Monitor progress of daily operations and reassign employees and work as needed
- Assist in developing and achieving safety goals
- Conduct quality assurance and safety field inspections of sites and personnel to ensure proper work procedures
- Receive and review customer complaints regarding collection programs
- Communicate and collaborate with Sales and Operations Support teams to facilitate quality service
- Perform regular coaching, probationary reviews, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with management team to create short- and long-term goals for operations
- Oversee compliance programs, including OSHA, environmental, and local permitting as required
Requirements
Must Have:
- Prior experience in transportation/trucking/logistics
- 2 years of supervising/managing in a dynamic, people driven environment
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
- Intermediate skills in MS Office and related business systems preferred
