 WasteXperts, is looking for a dynamic teammate to join our organization as an IT Business Analyst.

The Role:

The IT Business Analyst is an essential part of the WasteXperts team. This role partners with internal stakeholders to understand, define and deliver scalable technology, data, and analytics services and solutions to continuously improve the business. This includes working across IT and functional teams to research, analyze, design and develop existing or new applications as well as the interface tools in our IT applications landscape. This position is responsible for design, implementation and maintenance of various components of multi-tier IT business applications and interfaces in an enterprise environment and will also provide support for escalated application issues, including diagnosis and resolution of technical problems of various scope and complexity ensuring the root cause of the problem is addressed.

IT Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Leverage their high degree of technical aptitude over a wide scope of business and technology architecture, data analysis, data model design to provide technical direction and mentorship to team.
• Collaborate with the team for overall architecture and integrations with other applications.
• Evaluate different application tools to fit business needs.
• Drive and work with team on end-to-end solutioning of application platform implementation and roll-outs.
• Act as a technical expert who influences cost-effectiveness, innovation and simplicity in design.
• Investigate tasks and providing estimates on hours, schedules and deadlines.
• Take part in defining and adopting best practices in technical design and implementations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Focus on helping people make informed business decisions by making accurate, current, and relevant information available to them when they need it.
• Effectively understand the business requirements and align with the technical components of information technological systems.
• Review and identify areas for improvement and makes recommendations to team.

Requirements

 Education/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or technology is required
• Five years of information technology experience
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM technologies in various capacities including working as an architect/developer.
• Strong command on making right architectural decisions for system needs and participating in the implementation with the help of team members.
• Strong knowledge of common business processes together with the ability to learn and understand uncommon new business processes, and to translate this knowledge into a consistent and effective solution design.
• Must have at least 3 Years of SFDC development and use experience

This role is a hybrid position with choice of office location in Reno, NV or Seattle, WA.

Compensation is based on experience within a range of $95,000-$110,000 annually.
