WasteXperts is hiring for an Account Manager in the LA area!

The successful candidate will have experience maintaining strong working relationships and excellent customer service experience. We're looking for an optimal candidate who is energetic, focused on customer satisfaction and eager to make a noticeable impact in their role.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and in person.
• Partner with Business Development Managers and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Investigate information through conversations with customers.
• Provide recommendations to customers based on the information provided.
• Write up notes and meeting summaries from customer conversations.
• Demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency in sales skills, product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Provide accurate and thorough information to support the sales process.
• Manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously to ensure accurate feedback for all accounts.
