Responsibilities:

• Provide respectful and helpful interactions to all hotel guests.
• Ensures knowledge of all equipment and supplies needed for cleaning including steamer, carpet machine, and supply cart.
• Follows proper protocols for entering guest rooms.
• Clean room to standard as trained.
• Thoroughly cleans all areas in rooms and stocks all appropriate supplies, linen, and other amenities.
• Properly makes beds and changes soiled linen.
• Properly place all company literature, stationery, menus, and other supplies in rooms.
• Cleans doors, mirrors, windows, and other surfaces in the room.
• Thoroughly checks under all furniture to ensure all items have been removed and discarded properly.
• Reports any conspicuous people or problems to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous room attendant experience at a hotel is a plus.
• Developed English skills.
• Frequent bending, standing, and walking.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
