As the IT Coordinator you will be an integral part in the work we do At Washburn, as you will support our Mental Health Therapists. This position provide network support, hardware support, and repairs across the organization. You focus on maintenance, hardware, software, and communication technology problems. In addition, this position will manage hardware inventory and software license inventory. ResponsibilitiesProactive Resolution of Technical Issues - The IT Coordinator work across the agency to anticipate, investigate, and resolve technical issues, including but not limited to:· Perform initial triage of all incoming service requests, in-person, via email, and via phone, and resolve in a timely and efficient manner· Resolve end user problems and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner ensuring high customer satisfaction· Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical resources· Document steps performed in call tracking system Manage network on a day-to-day basis – The IT Coordinator manage:· Basic configuration changes and maintain of network services, firewalls, internet service, print servers, and devices· Perform set up, maintenance, and repair of end-user devices· Support local and server based applications· Add users, modify permissions, and address concerns as needed· Set up and maintain email configuration with cloud-based mail services· Research, analyze, and recommend appropriate computer hardware for organization use· Maintain accurate timely documentation and inventory· Support the company through ever-changing compliance and security initiatives Strategic focus on short and long-term initiatives – The IT Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing strategic projects, including but not limited to:· Prioritize workload, create and follow a project plan and report on progress made on initiatives· Report time usage and where daily capacity is, and should, be spent· Evaluate existing computer systems hardware and perform system upgrades as necessary- Collaborate with IT advisors and internal management to set and achieve goalsRequired technical skills, knowledge, and abilities · Ability to set up and remotely support and troubleshoot Windows 10 laptops and desktops, as well as Office software · Experience working with Windows Server 2019 up to and including the creation of user accounts, permissions, DHCP, DNS, and other Windows services · Experience with Android, iOS, and Windows phone mobile devices and Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems · Experience with anti-virus tools and removal of infections from user devices · Proven VPN, VDE, and RDS knowledge with the ability to set up accounts and troubleshoot issues working frequently with remote users · Capability to troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Server issues as well as email bounce backs and SPAM containment/management · Knowledge of network infrastructure, firewall, wireless, and switching technology Education and Experience· Bachelor's degree in a related field required · 3 years of experience in Information Technology required· Experience with Comp TIA A and Network Salary Bracket: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00Benefits at Washburn: Washburn offers all benefit eligible employees comprehensive Dental, Vision, Health, Life and Long term disability insurance. Vacation: Paid Vacation accrues at 10 hours of vacation per month - up to 15 days / 120 hours annually.Sick Leave: Paid sick leave accrues at 6.68 hours of sick per month - up to 10 days / 80 hours. Employees may accrue up to 480 hours, which is equivalent to 60 work days of sick leave time.Holidays: There are two and half floating holidays per year in addition to the eight standard holidays.
