Principal Biostatistician – Homebased – Global CRO

Who are they?

A pioneering Global CRO are looking for a Principal Biostatistician to join their talented Biostatistics and programming department. This Global CRO provides a collaborative environment for colleagues to share expertise and learn from each other, promoting a global presence with a local feel.

What will you be doing?

• Leading Biostatistics and Programming activities for a program of studies of moderate complexity and/or of high value with high impact for the company. Preparing for Biostatistics input to research proposals, and participates in proposal defence meetings and makes presentations at marketing meetings with prospective client. Using your extensive knowledge and experience to guide and develop team members

What can you bring to the table?

• M.S. degree in statistics, biostatistics, with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or Ph.D. in statistics, biostatistics Excellent knowledge of clinical trials methodology, regulatory requirements, statistics and statistical software packages, including SAS are a must. Must be able to translate clients' needs into statistical practice and educate clients in the use of statistics Experience leading a regulatory submission Knowledge of CDISC Standards eg: ADaM/ SDTM
