****Compensation and Benefits****

* Pay starts at $15.50-$17.00/hr based on experience, paid weekly

* **Signing bonus of $500 (paid 90 days after hire)**

* Scheduled raises of $0.35-$0.75/hr every 6 months for qualified performers

* Monthly performance bonus (typically $100-$200)

* Travel time to properties is paid, as well as prep time in the office

****Housekeeper Job Responsibilities:****

* Perform a variety of housekeeping activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing

* Ensure all properties are cared for and inspected according to standards

* Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate

* Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products

* Change linens and gather used linens such as sheets or towels for laundering

* Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered

* Work closely with leadership to identify and implement ideas that will improve the way we do things.
