Walker Automotive is looking for someone to fill our GMC Service Concierge role.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, no weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Hourly/Semimonthly

Job Description:

• In charge of handling all GM extended warranties and GM reporting
• Schedules appointments for Service customers
• Check customers out when service is completed
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Set schedules and assigns tasks to service department employees
• Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards
• Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain good working relationship with all Walker employees and customers

Education:

• High school or equivalent 

Experience:

• Customer Service: 2 years 
• Prior Automotive experience preferred
