Overview

Works as part of a team in the Accounts Payable department in projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work on special projects as assigned.
• Verifies the accuracy between invoices and purchase orders for payments.
• Checks invoices for correct coding and approvals.
• Matches invoices to purchase orders or receiving documentation for designated groups of vendors.
• Enters invoices using Accounts Payable System.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Ability to converse, read & write in English
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in the use of computers for business applications

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
